The Zen Den creates a space to reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Guests can enjoy a co-working space, curated wellness experiences including cold plunge and sauna sessions, infrared saunas, PEMF recovery machines, and a rest and reset room.

​FAQ for Event

​Do I need a swimsuit? Yes! If you plan to use the cold plunge pool, please bring a swimsuit or clothing that can get wet.

​What kind of footwear should I bring? Flip-flops or slip-on sandals are recommended for wet areas. We will provide non-slip disposable slippers, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer!

​What should I wear in the saunas? Workout clothes are allowed in the saunas. You’re welcome to choose whatever feels most comfortable and breathable for you.

​Do I need to bring a towel or robe? No need! Towels and robes will be provided for all guests.

​What do I need for compression & PEMF therapy? Athleisure or comfortable clothing is recommended. For Normatec boots, slightly tighter-fitting bottoms—such as leggings, joggers, or shorts—work best.

​Anything else recommended? We’ll be providing branded water bottles as event merch, and there will be a water station available for refills throughout the event. You’re also welcome to bring your own if you’d like & any personal wellness items that help you feel your best.
