- Bring an idea/ solution/ skill set to the table, and solve the burning needs/ problems of the founders and their team
- Vibe check the founders (duh); and explore joining their team if you like them and their products enough :D

> He's scouting for a firefly who can come up with a really cool way to 10X his business revenue. And his business is mostly focused on Google ranking SEO; plus new coverage in AI Search Optimization (think ChatGPT and Perplexity).
Note: He's probably a night owl himself. But he doesn't buy the conventional thinking that the bigger the business grows, the more people you need on the team etc. And it's also not easy to hire talented people ... so your time to shine! :D
