

Launch of The User Funnel Playbook for the Social Sector
Nonprofits often reach people at the right moment—but how do we make sure people return, benefit fully, and share what they’ve learned with others?
That’s where the User Funnel Playbook comes in. Developed by the Agency Fund’s Product Science team, the playbook offers a simple, practical framework to help mission-driven teams understand their users’ journey, identify drop-off points, and design for deeper engagement.
This 60-minute session will include:
The Playbook in Practice (15 min): Temina Madon (Co-founder, The Agency Fund) introduces the framework and tools, showing how they apply in social impact settings.
Film Screening (5 min): A short story of how Digital Green strengthened their user journey to reach 8.2 million farmers across South Asia and Africa.
In Conversation with Jorge Mazal (20 min): Former Duolingo CPO joins James Walsh (Senior Behavioral Scientist, The Agency Fund) to share lessons on designing products people keep using—and what nonprofits can take from that.
