Video Understanding AI Hackathon at Northeastern – April 3, 2026
Join us for the Video Understanding AI Hackathon at Northeastern University on April 3, hosted by Voxel51, Northeastern University, and TwelveLabs 🛠️
Hosted by Sarah Ostadabbas, Harpreet Sahota, and James Le.
This hands-on hackathon is all about experimenting with video understanding, visual AI workflows, and the FiftyOne open-source ecosystem. Bring your laptop, your ideas, and your curiosity—and build something real in just a few hours.
During the hackathon you'll work with real video datasets and models, use hashtag#FiftyOne to explore and analyze visual data, and build a small prototype or workflow that you’ll demo at the end of the event.
Projects will be showcased at the end of the session, with awards and prizes for standout hacks. 🏆
Whether you're a student, developer, researcher, or builder, this is a great opportunity to experiment with video understanding and real-world Visual AI workflows.
