​What to Expect

​Seekers along the path of Love gather together this night to thank the darkness for giving way to the light. We’ll set our intentions, light our ceremonial Yule Log, breathe into the here and now, and settle in for a Soundscape intuitively woven by Joseph and Jeri for your healing journey within. Ariana will be moving about the room utilizing Ear Seeds to perform a type of Traditional Chinese Medicine known as auriculotherapy or acupressure of the ears to invite calm & joy for each of us in the new year. Then a structured sharing circle will follow where we'll practice deep listening to one another as our community naturally builds. Then we invite you to our courtyard where we’ll place the Yule Log in the fire ring, and you’re invited to sit in quiet reflection in a 12 person wood fired sauna to represent the powerful heat of the sun heating your bones and solidifying your intentions for the return of the light and the new year ahead. And lastly, when you’re ready, join us indoors for healthy vegetarian food and alcohol free libations as you commingle with your new found friends.

​What to bring

​We have yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and pillows. We also have chairs by request. Bring any other nesting materials you might desire, the cushier the better. For the Sauna we suggest natural fabric swimming attire, and to avoid polyester. You're welcome to bring a closed water bottle as well.

​Contribution

​This special retreat comes with a suggested contribution of $100 per person. Your contribution must be made in advance to confirm your spot. To avoid fees in Venmo, please do not mark Goods and Services.

​Your Facilitators

​Joseph is a former Professional actor, musician, and playwright who brings his playful and creative spirit to his Sound Healing and Massage Practice. He and his life and business partner, Ariana own and operate Tōne Sound•Massage•Energy.

​Ariana is also a former professional actor and singer who brings her creativity to her private practice as well. She's in her third year of graduate studies in Acupuncture & TCM.

​Jeri is the former owner of Naturally Gifted by Jeri, a mystic and crystal shop that was in downtown Etown. She's a recent graduate of Soundwise School of Harmonic Therapy, and also provides private Sound & Reiki Sessions at Tōne.

​Matthew provides the incredible Sauna, Fire Ring, and the hard work in setting up such a beautiful courtyard retreat for us.
