​Join us at Poetic Republic Coffee for a special book release and open mic celebrating Antonia’s Poetic Heart: A Little Chapbook of Poems by Antonia Salinas Murguia. This intimate reading explores relationships, memory, grief, joy, and resilience through poems that range from tender and reflective to heartfelt and humorous. From themes of love and family to mental health and healing, Antonia’s work reminds us that everyone carries a story worth hearing.

​Antonia Salinas Murguia is a retired educator, published poet, artist, and suicide prevention advocate. She is President of the Alamo Area Poets of Texas and a member of the Poetry Society of Texas. Following the reading, poets and writers are invited to share their own work during an open mic.
