Validate Express: Digital Health Edition – Info Session
Join our information session to learn about Validate Express: Digital Health Edition, a new pilot cohort designed specifically for early-stage digital health founders.
Who This Is For
Founders in digital health or digital medicine who want clarity — not assumptions — around the real problem, evidence expectations, payer incentives, and pathways to real-world adoption.
About This Session
In this info session, we’ll walk through how this program helps founders:
Validate the real clinical or operational problem
Understand who your payer is — and why they pay
Identify what clinicians, patients or operators will actually adopt
Define the evidence you need before investing further
Decide whether to persevere, pivot or pause based on real signals
Join this session to meet The Product Bus team and learn how the program works — and whether it’s the right fit for your stage.

Your Cohort Host
Natalie has spent her career knee-deep in the messy reality of healthcare — talking to clinicians, patients, policymakers, and everyone in between to figure out what actually works (and what absolutely doesn’t). She’s worked across pharma, public health, government and digital health, helping teams turn big, complex system problems into products real humans want to use.
She’s led research and product strategy for everything from clinical tools to national aged-care reforms, and she has a sixth sense for spotting the difference between a good idea and one the health system will genuinely adopt.
Natalie’s superpower? Making the intimidating world of healthcare feel clear, doable and even… fun.
Founders trust her because she cuts through the noise, asks the right questions, and brings the kind of evidence-first thinking that saves people months of guessing.
If you’ve got a digital health idea and want someone who understands the ecosystem, understands founders, and knows how to validate what actually matters - you’ll want Natalie in your corner.
