NYCHA Resident Climate Action Grants Celebration

​Join us on Governors Island on April 18 during Earth Week for a celebration of the 2026 NYCHA Resident Climate Action Grants winners! 

​This special gathering will convene community members, climate leaders, and artists to connect, celebrate community leadership, and build momentum for local climate action. The event will include an interactive workshop, designed to spark ideas and shared learning, and light refreshments.

​Hosted by the Public Housing Community Fund and The New York Climate Exchange—and made possible by HSBC—the NYCHA Resident Climate Action Grants is a community-focused grant initiative supporting climate action and sustainability projects within the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) developments. This program invests in climate action projects led by residents through grants and technical assistance.
