Claude Code Workshop: Build and Ship Your First Project in a Day
1 Day = 99% Ahead in AI
A one-day, in-person workshop using Claude Code — the AI that writes code, reads your files, and runs commands right on your machine. You talk, it builds. You give feedback, it iterates.
By 5PM You'll have a working project or workflow and set up for success to build on your own — Or you get your money back.

Why This: Your Shortcut To Learning Advanced AI Skills
You know AI matters. You just haven't started.
You've dabbled in ChatGPT or Claude. But you haven't built anything real. Your company wants you using AI. You're not sure where to start. And AI training feels like a second job you don't have time for.
We handle that — in one day.
Built for professionals who want to build, not just learn
Product marketers, founders, operators, and consultants who want to build real tools for their work
Team leads who want their people using AI, not just attending webinars
No coding experience required
Not for software engineers — you already know how to code.
What You'll Get
By 5:00 PM, you'll have a working project — designed, built, and ready. You'll have the skills and confidence to build on your own.
You'll also leave with:
Cheatsheets: terminal, Claude Code, Git, and deployment
30 days of Slack community access with direct access to both instructors
Follow-up resources for your first week building solo
Lunch & Coffee
We don't sell you a curriculum. We get you over the hump so you can start to build and experiment on your own.
Our guarantee: If you don't leave with a working, deployed project at 5PM, full refund. No questions asked.
How the day works
9:30 AM — Doors open. Coffee. WiFi check.
10:00 AM — Welcome + live demo. Watch us build something from scratch in 5 minutes. Then you start.
10:15 AM – 11:30 AM — Build Sprint 1: Your First Project. Everyone builds together, step by step. Open a terminal for the first time. Install Claude Code. Build a personal website using your LinkedIn profile. See it running on your machine. Two instructors in the room helping you through every step.
11:30 AM — Sprint 1 Spotlight. Volunteers show what they built on the projector.
12:00 PM — How It Actually Works. Now that you've used it, we explain what happened. How AI agents work, what code actually is, why outputs vary, and how to think about security. The only "classroom" segment of the day — 30 minutes.
12:30 PM — Lunch (provided).
1:15 PM — Afternoon Kickoff. Project management with Claude Code. Set up your own project for the afternoon.
1:30 PM – 2:45 PM — Build Sprint 2: Your Own Project. The longest block. Work on your own project, something you've been wanting to build. We float the room and help you through it.
3:00 PM — Shipping. Quick guided lesson: push to GitHub, deploy live.
3:15 PM – 3:45 PM — Build Sprint 3: Polish and deploy. Get it live. Finishing touches.
3:45 PM — Show and Tell. Gallery walk to see what everyone built, then audience-choice spotlights on the projector.
4:15 PM — Wrap. Next steps, resources, and how to keep going on your own.
Your Instructors
Denny Hollick — Product Marketing Leader & AI Educator
15+ years in product management, marketing and growth leadership — Builds with Claude Code every day: internal tools, automations, and the kind of things that used to need a developer and a two-week timeline. Led at AI companies like Unbounce, Puzzle, Kajabi and Minerva.
Sid Bharath — Founder, Refound AI
Founded Refound, an AI consulting firm. Has taught at UC Berkeley, Purdue, and Y Combinator. Builds with Claude Code every day.
Both instructors are practitioners first. This isn't a side gig — building with AI is what we do.
FAQ
Do I need any coding experience?
None. We start from zero - opening a terminal, understanding what a file is, writing your first prompt. Every person in the room is in the same boat.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop (Mac, Windows, or Linux) with no company restrictions on installing software and a Claude Max subscription ($100/mo). We'll send a setup guide one week before the workshop.
Can't I learn this online for free?
You can learn anything on YouTube. The question is: will you? The hard part isn't finding information — it's knowing what to ignore, getting unstuck in real time, and actually finishing something. When you get stuck on YouTube, you Google another video. When you get stuck here, you raise your hand and get unstuck in 30 seconds.
Is there a group rate for teams?
Yes. Team Package: $1,999 for 4 people. We can provide an invoice for your L&D budget. Contact us directly for team bookings.
What's the refund policy?
If you don't leave with a working project, we'll refund your ticket in full.
What kind of projects can I build?
Websites, landing pages, calculators, dashboards, interactive tools — anything that runs in a browser.
The Guarantee
If you don't leave with a working project at 5PM, we'll refund your ticket in full. No questions asked.
After the Workshop
You get 1 month of access to our community where you can ask questions, share what you're building, and get unstuck. We also send a follow-up email series with prompts, challenges, and resources to keep your momentum going.
All tickets include lunch, printed cheatsheets, 30-day Slack access, and follow-up resources.
For context: an 8-week bootcamp costs $1,500+. Hiring a developer to build what you'll build yourself: $5,000+.
