About Event

As the days get longer, it’s time to brighten up our collaboration skills! We’re back for the April edition of The Impostor PM Club in Porto to help you bridge the gap between "business ideas" and "technical reality".

We’ve all been there: handing over a requirement only to get a blank stare, or feeling that pang of impostor syndrome when an engineer asks a technical question we aren't ready for. This month, we’re diving into the art of the PM-Engineer partnership. We’ll discuss how to write requirements that actually make sense, how to provide the right context without micromanaging the 'how,' and how to build the trust needed to ship high-impact products.

Expect honest stories of "lost in translation" moments, practical tips on requirement-writing, and the same safe, open, slightly chaotic space to figure it out together.
