Unpacking the EU AI ACT

​On April 28, DevNights is partnering with community member Matei Ștefan, an EU AI Act consultant and founder of SenecAI Consulting, for a deep dive into the EU AI Act. This legislation will challenge AI builders and developers in the coming years, and Matei will help us make sense of it.

​What are the risk classifications? What qualifies as a high-risk AI system or even a prohibited practice? Who is actually in scope, and who enforces all of this?
