About Event

Sales coaching is changing.

For years, most teams relied on periodic trainings, selective call reviews, and manager-led feedback that was hard to personalize, measure, or scale. It helped — but often not in a way that created lasting behavior change across the team.

AI is creating a different model.

Sales leaders can now learn from real customer conversations at scale, identify what top performers do differently, and reinforce those behaviors in a more continuous, targeted, and measurable way.

That raises a new set of questions: How should managers use recorded calls? What should reps own in their own development? Where does coaching belong — in the live deal, in the 1:1, or after the fact? And what role should AI play in helping teams improve?

Led by Ben Miller, Start-up GTM Growth Specialist, this workshop is designed for sales leaders who want to explore what modern coaching looks like in practice and how to make learning, feedback, and execution more consistent across the team.

We’ll share practical perspectives, real discussion, and a few examples to bring the ideas to life.

We’ll explore

  • Why traditional coaching often falls short

  • How AI can surface and scale winning behaviors

  • How managers should use recorded calls more effectively

  • What reps should own in their own improvement

  • Where AI can help and where leadership judgment still matters most

When: Tuesday, March 31st | 6:30–8:30 PM | London

Once your RSVP is confirmed, we’ll share the dinner location.
