​Climate CoS Collective is a monthly gathering for Chiefs of Staff at climate tech companies — a peer space for candid conversation, shared challenges, and real connection.

​This is the first event of an ongoing series. We're bringing together a small, curated group of CoS from across the climate tech ecosystem for drinks and a facilitated conversation hosted at the Hyfé facility in the Mission. If you're a CoS in climate, this community is being built for you — come be part of it from the start.

​This is for you if: You're a Chief of Staff (or equivalent right hand to a CEO) at a venture-backed climate tech company, and you want a trusted peer group that actually understands your role.
