That's why we're hosting a meetup around AI in Recruitment, Talent/People Analytics, a Debate Circle to argue controversial topics, and to provide a space for genuine networking opportunities.

Speakers
Tarek Mahdy
Tarek is a Talent Acquisition Consultant and Founder of Techy Recruiter, a boutique recruitment consultancy supporting hiring across the EU and, more recently, the MENA region. With 10+ years of experience, he has helped companies such as CoW DAO, Reaktor, and five°degrees build technical teams and more structured, bias-resistant hiring processes. His recent work focuses on the practical use of AI in recruitment, from modernizing hiring stacks with tools like Ashby, Metaview, Hireflix, and Agentic AI browsers to building recruiter workflows supported by automation. He uses AI to reduce repetitive work, sharpen recruiter thinking, and make more room for human judgment and better hiring decisions. He also helps run the Egypt Recruitment Community and was featured as a speaker at the last Sourcing Summit Europe.
Akram Marwan

Hadi Hebat
Hadi is a Senior Data Analyst at Nawy and the Founder of The Data Mind, focused on empowering the next generation of data professionals.
