Every Tuesday at 10am PST, the CEO Operating Room opens for a working session.

Each week the format rotates between two modes — but the room stays the same: small, serious, and closed.

Control AMA weeks: Members bring one live problem — a metrics signal they can't explain, a GTM decision they're sitting on, a board conversation they need to prepare for, or a capital question they're not sure how to frame. Yannick facilitates. The room diagnoses. You leave with a concrete next move, not a to-do list.

Exited Founder weeks: One founder who has already done what you're trying to do sits in the room with you. Not a keynote. Not a panel. An open AMA — you ask what you actually want to know about the decisions that shaped their company, what they got wrong, what they'd do differently, and how they'd think about your specific situation.
