About Swissnex in San Francisco
Swissnex in San Francisco is an initiative of the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI). For more than a decade, Swissnex in SF supported and observed the journeys of Swiss startups that plan to expand to the US. Based on our data, 154 startups have participated in our Camps, creating over 5,00 jobs—70% based in Switzerland. Furthermore, startups that have gone through our program have collectively raised over $3.4 billion, and three of them are unicorns with a combined market value exceeding $3.8 billion. With 30+ exits acquired by industry giants like Apple, and Migros Group, we have proven our ability to identify and nurture high-potential ventures.
