Her career spans product development, data-driven decision-making, and process automation, with a focus on building scalable financial platforms. At fundcraft, she has led the digitisation of over 90% of fund operations, ensuring that fund managers can operate with full transparency, efficiency, and control on a single platform.
Today, Olga is focused on scaling product maturity, integrating automation and AI-powered workflows to streamline fund administration. Her work ensures that fundcraft’s platform evolves with continuous iteration, real-time updates, and a structured approach to product development—shipping new features every six days on average.
Beyond fundcraft, Olga has contributed to academia and research, specialising in data science, digital transformation, and financial technology, reinforcing her commitment to building smarter, more efficient financial ecosystems.

Eva Arh is a General Partner at 3VC. She is working with companies such as Pactum AI, Lokalise, Fundcraft, and Avi Medical. 3VC is a European venture capital fund that invests in carefully selected tech startups with outrageous ambition and signs of product-market fit. Eva gained her experience in several startups in finance and investor relations roles.
