YG Build Club is a third space for people with ideas they are tired of postponing.

Most people don’t fail because they lack talent. They fail because they try to build alone.
Build Club is a weekly space to bring your project, practice, channel, business, experiment, or the thing you keep talking yourself out of. You’ll build beside ambitious people, share what you’re working on, and leave each week with more clarity, more momentum, and something real to show.
This is idea-first, not tech-first. You do not need to be building an app, startup, AI tool, or software product to join.

This Week's Session: A Designer's Note: Harnessing Engineering & Agents with Chuck Shin
AI shouldn't make you shudder at losing your creative pursuits (or your job). AI can be your teammate! Let’s leverage it to make more time for the human and creative parts of our work.
You’ll be building, not just watching. Bring your favourite AI tool, you don't even need your laptop. Our speaker, Chuck, cuts through the buzzwords and shows you how to build your own agent harness. You’ll set up roles for your own agents and leave thinking “wait, it’s easier than I thought!”
Chuck’s a multi talented product designer at Microsoft AI working on design systems. He specialises in scalable, inclusive design and building with AI. His greatest skill is sneaking humour, joy and a bit of queerness into tech (no easy feat). He co runs the Canadian Korean UXUI designer community and most importantly, he’s a cat father 🐈⬛.

10:00 to 10:15 AM, Intro and housekeeping
10:15 AM to 12:45 PM, Deep build session
