​Startup University is a semester-long speaker series connecting college students with founders, operators, and builders shaping the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky startup ecosystem.

​This session explores what it looks like to build a company around a vision the market isn't ready for, and what happens when the world finally catches up. Kirsten Moorefield co-founded Cloverleaf in 2015 and launched the first AI coach in 2018, nearly a decade before AI became a buzzword.

​Now Cloverleaf's psychology-powered AI coaching is trusted by some of the world's most recognizable brands, integrated with tools like Workday and backed by personality science. Kirsten will share what it took to build before the moment arrived, how she thinks about AI's role in human development, and what students should understand about the intersection of technology, psychology, and the future of work.

​Hosted at SparkHaus, the series blends honest conversation, actionable insights, and intentional networking to help students build meaningful relationships before they graduate.
