Founder Series | My numbers are small but real. How do i talk about them?
Event Description: Not every startup has big numbers early on but that doesn’t mean there’s nothing there.
This session is for founders who have some traction and aren’t sure how to talk about it honestly without hype or underselling themselves.
We’ll explore how to frame progress, learning, and momentum in a way that’s grounded and clear.
This is for you if:
You have early users, revenue, or pilots
You feel awkward talking about “small” numbers
You want to be truthful and confident
About this space: Our sessions are intentionally not recorded so people can speak honestly.
You’re welcome to share general lessons or insights you take away on social but please don’t attribute comments or stories to specific people.
Participation looks different for everyone:
You’re welcome to speak, ask questions in chat, or just listen
Cameras are optional
Listening counts as participating
This is a global space. Different accents, levels of English, time zones, and startup contexts are all expected here.
These conversations help shape future resources (writing, courses, tools) - the goal is to reflect what founders are actually experiencing, not what startup media says you should be experiencing.
If you’re dealing with this right now, showing up live really does matter.
