​This session is for founders who have some traction and aren’t sure how to talk about it honestly without hype or underselling themselves.

​We’ll explore how to frame progress, learning, and momentum in a way that’s grounded and clear.

​This is for you if:

• ​You have early users, revenue, or pilots

• ​You feel awkward talking about “small” numbers

• ​You want to be truthful and confident
