​The SAAF Cities intaitve by Villgro supported by HDFC Bank Parivartan presents the Mumbai Convening of city leaders, philanthropies, investors, ecosystem partners, and startups working on waste and water solutions to explore how innovations can move from pilots to large-scale adoption within government systems using a network approach, and the role of validation, market access, and blended finance in enabling this transition. And our experience indicates startups who look to engage with government bodies have three specific challenges.
