About Jennie Heo
Jennie is a User Experience Researcher at Google, specializing in cloud products, where she brings over seven years of experience in designing and evaluating human-centered digital experiences. Alongside her industry role, she contributes to the academic community as a Lab Instructor at York University and an Instructor at BrainStation, teaching UX design, research, and design thinking. Jennie also serves as an Industry Expert on Humber College’s Program Advisory Committee, helping shape the future of digital experience education.
Prior to Google, she previously advanced AI applications research at IBM and holds a Master of Digital Experience Innovation from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Master of Education in Applied Psychology and a BA in English from the University of Toronto.
