Get Sh*t Done x Founders
The first Get Sh*t Done event of 2026 starts with three women founders who looked at the current landscape of femcare, networking, and culture, saw a void, and decided to fill it.
For Women’s History Month, we’re bringing together three founders who ignored the “industry standard” and engineered their own realities. The woman who challenged taboos to reshape period care in the UK. The woman who redefined what a non-alcoholic drink could be — complex, adult, unapologetic. And the founder who rebuilt professional networking for the creative class from the ground up.
They didn’t wait for permission. They didn’t wait for the market to be ready. They built ahead of it.
And, as always with Get Sh*t Done, this isn’t about polished success stories.
Bring your questions. Your doubts. Your half-formed ideas.
We’ll talk honestly about what it really takes and work through it together.
On Stage:
Ruby Raut | Founder, Wuka
Most know her as the founder of WUKA, but Ruby Raut’s real superpower is refusing to accept outdated systems around women’s bodies and sustainability. By launching the UK’s first reusable period underwear brand, she didn’t just enter a category — she reshaped it. Challenging both environmental waste and cultural taboos. Bridging dignity, design, and scalable innovation, Ruby didn’t wait for the industry to evolve, she built the infrastructure that forced it to.
Imme Ermgassen | Co-Founder, Botivo
Imme Ermgassen looked at the beverage industry and saw a glaring void: a sophisticated, non-alcoholic drink that actually tasted like an "adult" experience rather than a sugary afterthought. With Botivo, she stepped into the complex world of botanical infusions to create a craft aperitif that defies standard categories. She is proving that you can disrupt a centuries-old industry by simply refusing to settle for what’s already on the shelf.
Pip Jamieson | Founder, The Dots
Pip Jamieson didn’t just want to build a better LinkedIn; she wanted to dismantle the "suit and tie" monopoly on professional networking. Recognizing that the creative community was being ignored by traditional platforms, she built The Dots – a "No-Collar" network designed specifically for creators, freelancers, and misfits. If the infrastructure for creative equity doesn’t exist, you don't wait for an invite – you build the club yourself.
