Every December, the global art world descends upon Miami. But this year, the city is getting an extra burst of color, because the Art of Color Group is stepping into the Art Basel spotlight—and we’re bringing the unsung heroes of motion picture color with us.

Join us on Wednesday, December 3rd at the iconic O Cinema in Miami South Beach for a vibrant evening that brings together the worlds of fine art, filmmaking, and high-end color grading.
We’re presenting a dynamic program featuring:
We’ll uncover the secrets of ORWO film stock through a brand-new emulation,
Explore the next generation of subtractive-level DCTLs, and
Look back at how grain and texture have shaped film from the 90s to today.

The ASTRO Award
We will present the prestigious ASTRO Award for Best Color, honoring outstanding craftsmanship, storytelling, and innovation in color grading.
