​In this session we'll dive deep into pre-selected portfolios, breaking down both strengths and opportunities for improvement. This isn't just critique—it's a masterclass in personal positioning and portfolio strategy that you can apply to your own work right away.

​​Would you like to receive live feedback on your portfolio? We will be selecting a handful of portfolios to showcase during the session. Our goal is to curate a wide variety of portfolios for the group so we will not be able to review all portfolios. If yours is chosen, we'll be sure to drop you a note ahead of time!

​Former HUGE Creative Director and now design leader at Adobe, Richard Davy has spent the last 25+ years shaping world-class digital experiences for global brands like McDonald’s, Ticketmaster, Hublot, Morgan Stanley, American Express, and Canada Goose. In his time at HUGE, he helped build the HUGE Chicago office from the ground up and has led high-performing design teams across the U.S., U.K., and Colombia. His focus has always been on leading with people and craft—building high-performing teams and systems that consistently raise the bar for design. ​

​Richard is also passionate about nurturing the next generation of design talent through teaching, mentoring, and judging student work. He’s so excited to join the Design Humans community to help you push your work further, level up your craft and show up like the designer that top teams want to hire.
