​You show up, form a team, and build. We're bringing [Habitat]'s "0 to Launch" framework to FirstMovers: a tight 4-hour sprint where you turn an idea into something real.

​Build something new. Or build something for your own company: a dashboard, an automation, a tool you deploy the next morning. Process bottlenecks, workflow inefficiencies, the stuff that slows your team down every day.

​Here's how the evening runs:

• ​18:30: Pizza (own expense), setup, and first connections

• ​19:00: Kickoff

• ​19:20: Phase 1: Define your problem and solution

• ​20:00: Phase 2: Build your demo and plan your outreach

• ​22:00: Demo what you shipped

• ​22:30: Wrap up.
