​We are delighted to welcome Béatrice Guillaume-Grabisch to ESMT Berlin for our next Executive Dialogue.

​Béatrice is a member of the Board of Directors of L'Oréal SA and one of the most experienced senior leaders in the European consumer goods industry. Until 2025, she served on the Executive Board of Nestlé SA, leading Human Resources, Business Services and IT across 270,000 employees in 186 countries. Earlier in her career, she held executive roles at Coca-Cola, L'Oréal, Johnson & Johnson, and Beiersdorf - spanning nearly four decades of transformation across some of the world's largest organizations.

​In this dialogue, we will explore what transformation really looks like inside large organizations in the age of AI. Less about the technology itself, more about what changes when AI and human collaborate: culture, talent, leadership, governance.

​The format is a 30-minute fireside chat followed by 30 minutes of open Q&A. Expect an honest, first-hand exchange rather than a polished corporate narrative - and come ready with the questions you actually want answered.
