POSTPONED: LLM London Sessions #7
Unfortunately due to the tube strikes we have had to postpone this event - we will be in touch with more information very soon
It's time for the next round of LLM London Sessions, kindly hosted and sponsored by Weights & Biases.
Talk: "Can AI do safe and reliable clinical reasoning?"
We've all seen the power of LLMs like chatGPT but can we trust them to make medical decisions? At Anterior, we're building an AI clinical brain to automate and accelerate decision-making in US healthcare administration.
In this presentation, we'll share the decisions we've made and systems we've designed to create AI systems we can trust - even for mission-critical decisions like in healthcare.
Chris Lovejoy is a machine learning engineer and former medical doctor with 7 years experience building AI-powered products in specialised industries like healthcare. He built out the AI function at Cera Care, a tech-enabled home care company that recently hit $500m ARR, and now works at Anterior, a Sequoia-backed start-up building clinical reasoning tools for health administration.
Talk: "Building Safer AI Applications with W&B Weave Guardrails"
This session demonstrates how W&B Weave Guardrails can be added to LLM-powered applications to improve safety and reliability. Using a retail support chatbot example, we’ll show how guardrails such as toxicity and hallucination detection help safeguard users, applications, and brands by providing a last line of defense against harmful or inaccurate outputs.
Samin Alnajafi is a Pre-Sales AI Solutions Engineer at Weights & Biases, where he supports enterprise clients across EMEA in designing, evaluating and deploying AI-powered solutions. His background covers areas like MLOps/LLMOps, sales engineering, and AI solutions, working with organisations to apply AI-driven technologies in meaningful ways across different industries.
Talk: "From Inbox Chaos to AI-Powered Email Triage"
Chris will demonstrate his custom-built AI agent that acts as a personal email assistant, automatically triaging his inbox and sending intelligent Slack notifications. You'll see the complete system in action through a live demo, learn his framework for choosing which tasks to automate, discover the time-saving metrics that prove ROI, and understand the security measures that make this production-ready. This is practical AI implementation you can apply immediately.
Chris Parsons is the founder of LLM London and has 25 years experience in technical leadership roles. He trains technical teams in great AI practice and guides tech leaders on how to get the most from AI in their organisations.
Join one of London's most practical LLM communities for an evening of real-world implementations, live demonstrations, and technical depth. Whether you're a CTO evaluating AI strategies, a developer moving from demo to production, or a founder building AI teams, you'll leave with actionable takeaways you can implement immediately.
Every speaker is working directly with AI themselves and shares the technical details that matter, complete with code samples and architecture insights.
Come connect with London's AI practitioners and discover what's actually working in production.
Expect live demos, technical depth, networking opportunities (including potential job connections), and pizza to fuel the conversations.
