Reimagine Fashion (Summer Camp)

​Join us this Summer for a 2-week fashion camp focused on sewing and sustainability. Youth will create a head to toe look using a sewing machine and all upcycled textiles and clothing. At the end of the program, there is a fashion show where youth will learn how to walk the runway and show off their new fit!

​This is a 2-week program is It is designed for youth ages 12-17.

​It will run from from Monday, July 20 - to Friday July 31, from 10AM - 3PM.

​We are located in our sustainable fashion and shoe making lab in Downtown, Oakland : 302 12th St, Oakland, CA

​Students should bring lunch and water bottle.

​This program is limited to 12 students.

​About the Lead Instructor:

​Olivia Cueva is a bio fashion artist with over a decades experience teaching media, technology, and sustainable fashion to youth around the Bay Area. She repurposes unused textiles and develops her own bio materials to create fashion that is safer for our bodies and the planet. You can see more of her work at oliviacueva.com.
