India Climate Dialogue: Scaling Climate Solutions for Startups and SMEs

​Happening as part of the Mosambi Climate Conference, and on the sidelines of Delhi Climate Innovation Week, this high-level convening brings together India’s non-state actor (NSA) ecosystem—businesses, civil society, philanthropies, and climate ecosystem enablers—to advance implementation of the COP30 Action Agenda, with a specific focus on Plans to Accelerate Implementation (PAS).

Anchored in the COP30 Presidency’s unified Action Agenda, the session will explore how NSAs can collaboratively accelerate the scaling of high-impact climate and climate-tech solutions, particularly those supporting SMEs and startups across India and other emerging and developing economies (EMDEs). The dialogue will spotlight opportunities for capacity-building, financing, and technical support, while identifying synergies across PAS that can drive on-ground impact.

Situated within the broader Global South Cooperation for Climate Action initiative, this convening will connect regional networks and leaders to collectively identify priority opportunities for collaboration—strengthening the role of NSAs in supporting national climate ambitions and accelerating implementation at scale.
