AI is accelerating the pace of change, uncertainty, and pressure — and the leaders who will thrive aren't necessarily the ones who adopt the best tools. They're the ones who can stay grounded under pressure, build real trust, and lead from deep humanity while staying effective.
The question we will explore is: what human capacities become more essential in the age of AI — and how do we actually build them?
This is a highly experiential workshop where you'll work on real challenges you're navigating, using approaches drawn from positive psychology, leadership coaching, mindfulness, and developmental theory. You'll leave having felt something shift — not just having learned something new.
What You'll Experience
Discover a "Human-centric Leadership Framework" on the capacities you need to be an effective and human leader
Reconnect with a clear vision of the leader you want to be
Experience how you can stay grounded under pressure
Surface the invisible patterns that keep you stuck
Practice a powerful tool for navigating the gap between who you want to be and how you actually show up under pressure
Leave with one concrete experiment to try in your work and life
Who Should Attend
Leaders, founders, people managers, and organizational practitioners who are interested in the "inner game" of leadership — and who want to build the inner capacity to lead with more agency, humanity, and impact as AI reshapes work.
Meet Your Facilitator
Vivien Tai works with leaders and professionals who are succeeding on the outside, yet quietly losing themselves on the inside. Drawing on 13 years leading large-scale change including culture and well-being in the Singapore Government, and a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, she helps leaders stop leading from depletion and start leading from the most alive, fulfilled versions of themselves — through coaching, consulting and workshops.
