​#1: Automation from a Business Perspective by Andre Santacruz from HankAI

​Business leaders think about automation differently than engineers do, not in terms of architecture, but in terms of outcomes. In this talk, André explores the business case for automation: What genuine ROI looks like in terms of time and resources, and why the strongest automations complement human work rather than eliminate it. A practical, business-first perspective on what n8n can do for organizations that want to operate smarter.

​#2: What to build, not just how: designing a B2B sales agent system on n8n by Tapio Nissilä from Metosin

​Tapio willl walk through Lean Sales OS — a production agent system deployed across multiple B2B companies — and show the domain model behind it: how a sales methodology translates into entities, decision points, and agent responsibilities. n8n plays a key role in orchestration, alongside other components.
Takeaways for the audience:
• A reusable domain model for B2B sales automation
• How to decide what an agent should own vs. what stays human
