1. From Manual Triage to AI Support: Building Fionn on n8n by Darius Kövessi from Supermetrics
At Supermetrics, customer support agents were manually handling hundreds of tickets a week. We built Fionn, an n8n workflow that changed that. Fionn ingests tickets from Zendesk, routes them into n8n branches by product and issue type, pulls context from internal tools like Confluence, Kibana, Jira, and Slack, and uses Claude running on Vertex AI to either reply directly to the customer or leave a diagnostic handoff note for the agent. The commercial support branch went live with full customer-facing replies two weeks ago, and the numbers are already moving in the right direction. The talk covers why we built it, how it works in production, what n8n made easy, and what we ran into along the way.
2. Automation from a Business Perspective by Andre Santacruz from HankAI
Business leaders think about automation differently than engineers do, not in terms of architecture, but in terms of outcomes. In this talk, André explores the business case for automation: What genuine ROI looks like in terms of time and resources, and why the strongest automations complement human work rather than eliminate it. A practical, business-first perspective on what n8n can do for organizations that want to operate smarter.
3. What to build, not just how: designing a B2B sales agent system on n8n by Tapio Nissilä from Metosin
Tapio willl walk through Lean Sales OS — a production agent system deployed across multiple B2B companies — and show the domain model behind it: how a sales methodology translates into entities, decision points, and agent responsibilities. n8n plays a key role in orchestration, alongside other components.

4. AI Automation in VC Operations by Raoul L. from OpenOcean
Raoul will give a short talk about how he has started to automate the operations of a Pan-European Tech VC.
5. Using n8n to bring AI Agents to the SDLC by Graham Daw CTO of Kaiku
At Kaiku our focus is on knowledge and context for AI agents. In this rapidly changing space, n8n provides the flexible backbone for us to test, iterate and deploy AI Agents that can utilize this context in our software development workflows.
In this talk, we'll take a dive into how we are using n8n to facilitate the communication, trigger actions and bring our AI agents into our software development lifecycle and workflows.
