What past AI efforts got wrong—and what’s changed?

Where is AI delivering measurable results today?

How do financial incentives and accounting rules shape adoption?

What policy and regulatory changes are accelerating (or blocking) progress?

Why are providers cautious and how to build trust and ROI?

What is the plan moving forward, Call to Action?
