​Join us for a one-hour virtual debrief and conversation about the Venture Mentoring Network's Team Mentoring Pilot.

​One year ago, our members wanted to launch a team mentoring program - and we did it! Over the past five months, founders were paired with dedicated mentor teams for monthly collaborative sessions. In this session, founders and mentors will share what worked, what surprised them, and what they'd change. You'll also hear what's next for team mentoring at Northeastern.

​This is your chance to engage in candid conversation about the pilot's impact and help shape the future of team mentoring at VMN.

​The session is co-hosted by Igor Gorlatov, VMN Visiting Innovator, who partnered with VMN to design and launch the pilot. Igor leads an international team mentoring community of practice and is the founder of Traction5, a venture mentoring platform.
