FluxGen Sustainable Technologies, in collaboration with Nadhi-SheforClimate, is convening the Women in Water Circle - an intimate, curated gathering designed to bring together women working across the water and sustainability ecosystem. This launch edition aims to create a high-trust, purpose-driven space for dialogue, connection, and collaboration, moving beyond presentations toward honest conversations and shared learning.
The Circle is intentionally limited in size to foster depth over scale, enabling meaningful exchanges across career stages and sectors including CSR, startups, academia, policy, NGOs, and early-career professionals.

Why Women in Water Circle
Despite the growing urgency of water challenges, women working in the sector often operate in silos—separated by discipline, career stage, or institutional boundaries. Opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and career navigation are fragmented, and conversations around leadership, funding, and pathways into water remain inaccessible to many.
Women in Water Circle responds to this gap by creating a safe, inclusive, and action-oriented space where women can:

Understand emerging trends and opportunities in the water ecosystem
Access mentorship and peer learning
Build relationships that translate into real-world collaboration

The three-hour gathering is designed for energy, inclusivity, and depth:
Opening Expert Conversation (4:15–5:00 PM)
A facilitated, conversational expert discussion featuring women from diverse parts of the water ecosystem. The focus is on career journeys, leadership, and navigating change in water and sustainability.Curated Roundtables & Guided Discussions (5:15–6:00 PM)
Small-group discussions to encourage cross-sector exchange. Each table is guided by prompts focused on careers, collaboration, funding, research-to-practice pathways and leadership.Open Networking (6:00–7:00 PM)
An informal networking session designed to deepen connections and encourage follow-up conversations.
