As Mustafa Suleyman argues in The Coming Wave, exponential technologies bring both extraordinary potential and the breakdown of inherited standards. The challenge—and the opportunity—is to design resilient operating frameworks for what comes next, rather than remain bound by outdated assumptions.
That’s why we are convening leaders across disciplines to pressure-test critical assumptions, compare perspectives, and generate new principles for resilience. By weaving these insights into a shared Resilient Systems Playbook, the Summit aims to equip decision-makers with frameworks equal to the scale and speed of change.
At The Fourth Effect, we believe this work is essential because boards—advisory and governing alike—are the operating systems of companies. Empowering the next generation of board members with the right frameworks, and helping founders build companies that contextualize themselves in this larger moment, is how we ensure resilient systems don’t just exist in theory, but in practice.
