Founder Series | I’m working really hard. Why doesn’t it feel like it’s working?
Event Description: Many founders are putting in real effort and still feel stuck.
This session is a space to talk honestly about slow progress, burnout, and how to tell whether you’re blocked or just early.
We’ll explore how founders define progress and how to recalibrate when effort and results don’t seem to match.
This is for you if:
You’re tired but still committed
You’re questioning whether you’re doing the right things
You want perspective without judgment
About this space: Our sessions are intentionally not recorded so people can speak honestly.
You’re welcome to share general lessons or insights you take away on social but please don’t attribute comments or stories to specific people.
Participation looks different for everyone:
You’re welcome to speak, ask questions in chat, or just listen
Cameras are optional
Listening counts as participating
This is a global space. Different accents, levels of English, time zones, and startup contexts are all expected here.
These conversations help shape future resources (writing, courses, tools) - the goal is to reflect what founders are actually experiencing, not what startup media says you should be experiencing.
If you’re dealing with this right now, showing up live really does matter.
