​It's an autonomous AI agent that runs on your own private server (think of it like hiring a remote employee who works from a secure digital office you control). It connects to the messaging apps you already use (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack), and unlike standard AI, it has persistent memory. It learns your business, your style, your ongoing projects, and actually remembers them between conversations.

​And it's proactive. You can set up background jobs so your agent wakes up on a schedule, scrapes competitor sites, drafts follow-ups, checks your CRM, and sends you a daily briefing, all without you lifting a finger.

​What we cover:

​We start with how OpenClaw actually works: the architecture, the LLM engine powering it, and the SOUL file that gives your agent its personality and long-term memory. You'll understand what's running under the hood and why it matters before you touch a single setting.

​Then we walk through the full setup together: VPS provisioning, network security with Tailscale, configuring your Gateway, choosing your LLM, connecting your Telegram bot, and writing the instructions your agent will carry into every conversation.

​In the second half, we get into agentic systems in action: sub-agents, task delegation, the Chief of Staff orchestrator model, CRM-driven follow-ups, and automated social media pipelines already running in the real world.

​You leave having chosen and configured one of three setups:

• ​Grow your audience with LinkedIn autoposts via nanobanana

• ​Know who to talk to with an event CRM and contact prioritization system

• ​Reclaim your time through delegation and task automation

​We handle the hard part.

​VPS provisioning is done for you. Network security is walked through together. You skip the setup headaches and get straight to building something that actually works. This alone is easily worth the price of the workshop.

​James Corbett
James is a serial founder, CTO, and technologist with decades of experience in hands-on engineering, currently leading multiple ventures at the intersection of blockchain, DeFi, and AI. He focuses on building open tools, DAOs, AI research, and continually testing out the newest methodologies. Currently, he's also specializing in agentic AI setups with OpenClaw within enterprise.

​Chelsea Rustrum
Chelsea is a AI/Blockchain entrepreneur and TEDx speaker, with a history in storytelling, marketing technology, and breaking down complex subjects in simple ways. She'll show you how to make AI work for your business - and is an excellent thought partner for our ideation phase of the workshop.

Verena Husemann
Verena is a brand strategist & designer focused on applied AI for entrepreneurs, helping startups go from idea to market. She's also a design thinking facilitator who believes the best way to learn is by doing.

​​A few things to know before you register:

​​If you need to cancel your spot, we ask for 7 days notice before the event date. With that notice, you receive an 80% refund. After the 7-day window, we are not able to offer a refund as costs are already committed, but we will do our best to transfer your spot to someone on the waitlist if that works for you.
