Sustainable Synapse: Hack for Social Impact
Ready to build a better world with your skills?
Join Sustainable Synapse: Hack for Social Impact, a hackathon designed for you to use your tech talents to create real change. Mentor Me Collective and the Google Developer Group @ City Tech has curated this one-day event to bring together over 100 students all for one purpose -- to develop innovative solutions for a more sustainable future.
What's the Challenge?
You'll form a team and choose one of four critical UN Sustainable Development Goals to focus on:
Goal 2: Zero Hunger
Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation
Goal 7: Affordable and Clean Energy
Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
Your team will have the day to brainstorm, design, and build a project that addresses a problem within your chosen goal. You'll get hands-on support from industry mentors, refine your ideas, and bring them to life!
Why Should You Participate?
Make an Impact: Use your skills to solve real-world problems and help create a more sustainable world.
Collaborate and Connect: Work with a diverse group of your peers and learn from mentors who are experts in the tech industry.
Boost Your Resume: Showcase your creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork in a high-energy, real-world setting.
