About Event

Making Better Climate Decisions in an Uncertain World

The climate crisis asks us to regularly make high-stakes decisions like where to invest, which interventions to prioritize and how to allocate limited resources to create the most impact. These decisions are only growing more complex as systems become more deeply intertwined, consequences become hard to predict and the stakes continue to rise.

Large language models and conventional ML approaches share a critical blind spot: they can't predict how a system will respond to an intervention it's never encountered before. We need better tools to help us understand the complexities of climate change and successfully navigate the uncertainty ahead.

That's Where Anthos Comes In.

Our platform uses advanced causal inference techiques to simulate "what-if" scenarios, helping you understand the cause-and-effect dynamics that drive the outcomes you're trying to achieve.

Join us for an intimate, hands-on workshop where you'll be among the first to see the platform in action. We'll guide you through a live model exploring how distributed energy resources (DERs) can be leveraged to fund the state of California. Then, with the help of our AI agents, you'll build models of your own. We look forward to exploring what's possible together.

Friends of Cool Climate Collective and Climate Vine welcome.
