これまで「速さこそ成長」「使える資源は使い切る」「利益こそ最優先」とされてきた前提を、多くの企業・ファウンダー・投資家が問い直し始めています。地球規模の課題が増え続けるなかで、“価値の再定義”が進んでいるのです。
本イベントでは、スタートアップが生み出す新しい「価値」とは何かを考えます。
「持続可能な社会的インパクト」と「事業としての持続性」を両立させるには、どのようなビジネスモデルや資金的な戦略が必要なのか。
今回の議論ではVC側の視点とスタートアップのCFOの視点を交えながら、次世代が考える新しい成長モデル、持続可能な森林経営、コンシャス・キャピタル（意識的な資本）、ミッションドリブン投資の新たな役割などについて深掘りしていきます。

プロフィール：京都大学農学部卒業後、三井住友銀行に12年間在籍し、サステナビリティやフード＆アグリ事業開発を担当。経済産業省への出向経験も有する。学生時代から山林整備に携わり、2025年3月より株式会社森未来に在籍。
●鈴木絵里子 Dears CAPITAL パートナー・Kind Capital代表取締役
プロフィール：女性活躍プライベートエクイティファンドのパートナー、及び、サステナビリティやウェルビーイング領域などへのエンジェル 投資家、兼コーチ。 ウェルビーイングコミュニティWellCも主宰。他、複数社の社外取締役やTokyoWomeninVCの理事も務める。日本初ESG重視型ベンチャーキャピタルの創業にマネージング・ディレクターに加え、他複数のVCを率いてきた。モルガン・スタンレーの投資銀行部門にてキャリアを開始し、グローバルM&AやIPO業務に従事。後に米国のドローンベンチャーの日本法人を立ち上げ日本代表に。著書『これからは、生き方が働き方になっていく』（2018年4月、大和書房）。訳書『ミッション·エコノミー:国×企業で「新しい資本主義」をつくる時代がやってきた』（2021年12月、NewsPicksパブリッシング）。2児の母でもある。

プロフィール：国際経営学の学士取得のため大学よりフィンランドに移住。パリやベルリンにも中長期滞在し、現地のギャラリーでのインターンシップや難民起業家支援団体での活動など、多様な社会的・文化的現場での実践経験を積む。株式会社Hub Tokyo入社後は、サステナビリティ域の起業家支援に取り組み、事業プロトタイピングの伴走支援やサーキュラーエコノミー関連プログラムの運営を担う。また、飲食・アート領域における新規事業の立ち上げや戦略立案にも携わる。2024年7月より、同社代表取締役に就任。グローバルな拠点を提供する不動産事業、起業家支援事業、クリエイターたちを支えビジネスと繋げるアート事業の発展を通して、場を超えたエコシステムのHUBを作っていくことを目指している。

CFO & CAO, Shinｍirai Inc.
Profile：After graduating from Kyoto University's Faculty of Agriculture, Emi spent 12 years at Mitsui Sumitomo Banking Corporation, where she was responsible for sustainability and food & agriculture business development. She also has experience seconded to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). Having been involved in forest management since her student days, she joined Shin-Mirai Inc. in March 2025.
●Eriko Suzuki
Partner, Dears CAPITAL CEO, Kind Capital
Profile：Eriko is a Partner in a private equity fund focusing on women's empowerment, and an angel investor coach in the areas of sustainability and well-being. She also hosts the well-being community "WellC" and serves as an outside director for several companies and a board member of Tokyo Women in VC. She previously led multiple VC firms, including founding Managing Director of Japan’s first ESG-focused venture capital firm. She began her career in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley, focusing on global M&A and IPOs. Later, she launched the Japanese subsidiary of a US-based drone startup and served as its Japan Representative. She is the author of Korekara wa, Ikikata ga Hatarakikata ni Natteiku (Living Becomes Working) (2018) and the translator of Mission Economy: A Moonshot Guide to Changing Capitalism (2021). She is also a mother of two.

Profile：Yuko moved to Finland for her Bachelor's degree in International Management. She spent mid- to long-term stays in Paris and Berlin, gaining practical experience in diverse social and cultural settings, including gallery internships and work with an organization supporting refugee entrepreneurs. Since joining Hub Tokyo, she has focused on supporting entrepreneurs in the sustainability sector, providing hands-on support for business prototyping and managing programs related to the circular economy. She has also been involved in launching new businesses and strategic planning in the food/beverage and art fields. Appointed CEO in July 2024, she aims to build an ecosystem HUB that transcends physical boundaries through the development of global real estate, entrepreneur support, and art businesses that connect creators with commerce.
