​Why is this event being held?

​Halifax is full of incredibly creative and brilliant individuals, many of whom spend considerable time working independently side by side in cafes, co-working spaces, and on campus. While we occasionally share what we're working on, there is a lack of intentional community focused on this vital aspect of our lives. Collect seeks to create a space that builds this community and fosters deeper collaboration that might not naturally emerge in Halifax. Over the past year, we have accumulated a wealth of incredible members working on a wide range of topics. We are holding this event to let those members share their creations and perspectives with the world!

​Who should attend?

​Anybody! It doesn't matter what you do; there will be something here for you. It is our goal to keep Collect open to all disciplines and interests; whether you are an artist, engineer, or anything in between, you are welcome.
