​Background Brief:
In November 2025, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) officially launched the “Fintech 2030” strategy at Hong Kong FinTech Week. Centered on the four pillars of DART (Data & Payment Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence × Authorized Institutions, Resilience, and Tokenisation of Finance), the strategy aims to position Hong Kong as a leading global fintech hub that is robust, resilient, and future-ready. It accelerates the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), widespread AI adoption, and the development of next-generation data and payment infrastructure, creating significant opportunities for the deep integration of Web3 with traditional finance.

The community now brings together over 70 Harvard alumni, along with participants from MIT, Stanford, and Kellogg backgrounds. It focuses on key areas such as RWA, AI, BTC, ETH, DATCOs, and more.
