​Description

​From stablecoin-based micropayments to agentic commerce — this session explores x402, the open payment standard that leading fintech, commerce, and AI companies worldwide are actively evaluating as the next-generation payment layer.

​We will examine how x402 redefines and practically replaces existing payment infrastructure at the protocol level, reviewing Base-powered use cases, global adoption trends, and the AP2-based automated payment model, along with its applicability within the Korean regulatory environment.

​This event is organized by Base’s official Korea team, Daehan Base, to help Web2, AI, fintech, and Web3 builders in Korea understand and apply this new payment paradigm.
