Priority will be given to those who can deliver investable projects - that can mean a cracked team, getting a head-start with building on Coral, or putting out LinkedIn / social content that gets people excited.
Best bet is to apply as part of a Mafia team (2-5 people) but you can also apply solo. Please organize this amongst yourselves.

P.P.S. You DO NOT need to know how to develop with blockchain; Web3 rails are handled without App/Agent developers needing to code them. They simply enable App devs to automatically pay Agent devs.
