Properate is a social-purpose firm on a mission to facilitate high-performance low-rise residential (Part 9) construction and renovation. Properate's technologies make home energy assessment and upgrade planning more accessible.
Arman is a Clean50 Emerging Leader of 2023 and was named the 2021 Emerging Green Leader of Canada by Canada Green Building Council.
Oliver David (OD) Krieg, President, Intelligent City
Oliver David (OD) Krieg is president at Intelligent City, and an expert in mass timber, industrialized manufacturing, and advanced building technologies in the AEC industry. With a PhD in robotics and parametric design for timber construction, he is leading the company's strategic vision and execution. Under his leadership, Intelligent City is scaling its mass timber product platform for high-rise multi-family housing by integrating building systems, advanced manufacturing, and software automation to revolutionize urban housing.
Sebastian Kasza, Director, Strategy & Business Development, ZestyAI
Sebastian leads strategy and business development at ZestyAI, the leading provider of AI-powered property and climate risk analytics to P&C insurers. He was previously a consultant at McKinsey and Company, serving clients across industries and topics. Sebastian started his career in FinTech and lives in Vancouver, BC.
