​How banks are wiring onchain rails into core systems built for a different era. This is a roundtable for the teams shipping it, not pitching it.

​Every bank exploring digital assets eventually hits the same wall: how do you bolt onchain capabilities onto a core banking system designed for a different era? This session is for the teams actually building the answer, heads of digital assets, core banking architects, product leads, and the operations teams who will have to run whatever gets shipped.

​The hour is structured as a roundtable for 8–10 participants. Dfns will frame the session with a short reference architecture drawn from banks already running tokenized deposits and stablecoin rails in production, then hand the floor to the room. Every participant shares where they are on the journey, pilot, production, or still convincing the executive committee, and what their hardest unsolved problem looks like. We then dig into the shared themes: where the wallet layer fits relative to the ledger, how to reconcile onchain state with traditional accounting, what KYC and transaction monitoring look like when assets move in seconds, and the org chart changes that quietly make or break these projects.

​Expect candor, not consensus. Chatham House rules apply. The goal is to leave with a clearer view of the playing field and a handful of patterns you can take back to your own teams.
