Fall Photo Walk
Join us for a cozy afternoon of creativity, connection, and capturing the beauty of autumn. Led by photographers Krista Connor, Sophie McCarthy, and Leilah Conor this casual walk invites you to slow down, explore your surroundings with fresh eyes, and find joy in the little details from golden leaves to charming corners of Old New Castle.
Whether you’re using a DSLR, film camera, or smartphone, all levels and camera types are welcome. This isn’t a technical photography class but a relaxed, mindful gathering for those who want to reconnect with the present moment through a creative lens. Bring your camera and your curiosity!
After we wander, we’ll warm up and wind down at The Mercury Café with a cozy drink, bite, and good conversation.
Please Note:
This event is rain or shine and non-refundable. We recommend dressing comfortably and weather-appropriate. Space is limited to keep the group cozy and connected.
About Krista Connor:
Krista is a Delaware-based photographer, writer, and business owner whose work is rooted in storytelling. Her curiosity has taken her on assignments both near and far for travel magazines and local publications. Whether she’s exploring Delaware with her 35mm camera, writing in a cozy coffee shop, or running her social media agency Connor Creative House, Krista’s passion lies in capturing life’s details with intention.
About Sophie McCarthy:
Sophie fell in love with film photography in 2016 after inheriting her great-grandfather’s Canon F-1. Self-taught and shaped by the online film community, she’s made lifelong friends and loves sharing her passion with anyone curious about analog. Three cameras later, she’s still capturing everything from road trips to weddings and all the little moments in between.
About Leilah Conor:
Leilah is a photographer and artist who looks for the beauty in everything—from capturing moments through her camera lens to creating botanical art for her business Wing & Root. Photography, art and flowers are a combined reminder to slow down, look closer and find beauty everywhere.
