Each networking session will feature a keynote speaker who will open the evening by sharing insights, experiences, and perspectives to spark intentional conversations throughout the night.

Charlotte Diemer & Jone Conde
Charlotte is a strategic partner to founders and leadership teams, shaping positioning and driving innovation across global tech scale-ups. With 13 years of experience in the tech industry across London and Paris, she now operates from Madrid at the intersection of product and commercial strategy through her consultancy, Alma Insight.
Recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30, Jone leads Public Figures strategy, collaborating with global leaders across culture, sports, business, media, and the public sector. Her work explores how applied AI is reshaping the way narratives are built, talent is positioned, and influence is scaled.
After reconnecting at a previous OTC Networking session, Jone and Charlotte joined forces to launch The Advantage, a women-led, open community designed to help people learn and leverage AI for personal and professional growth. Their mission: to make the AI journey less overwhelming, more relatable, and truly impactful.
This collaboration marks the first OTC Networking success story, and the beginning of many more to come.

ESCALA is not a standard restaurant; it is a multidisciplinary art and design space. It functions as a hybrid between an art gallery, a design showroom, and a private culinary studio. The philosophy of the space is to blur the lines between "exhibition" and "living," making it the perfect backdrop for an event where art is served on a plate.
The Host : Gastón A.K.A Gato
I’m Gastón (aka Gato). You may remember me from other events like the Summer Pantano gatherings or from pretty much every OTC afterwork… And yes, bonus points if you caught the Troy McClure reference. This time, though, I want to get a little more serious (don’t worry, only a little).
With a couple of successful events so far this year, we continue with our networking sessions, focused on supporting each other with business-related goals, such as: • Finding a co-founder • Exploring partnerships • Getting new clients • Hiring or job searching • Expanding into new markets
The plan is simple: • Get together • Share what we’re working on • Tell others what we’re looking for • Offer ways we can help
It’ll be casual, fun, and, most importantly, useful. Come ready to share, listen, and connect!

• Note: OTC will provide the space for our members. Food & Drinks will NOT be included as part of the booking, and guests are responsible for covering their own orders during the event
Schedule
• 20:00 - 20:30: Arrival, grab your drinks, and settle in.
• 20:30 - 21:30: Keynote presentation and Q&A (Make sure to arrive on time to participate!).
• 21:30 - 23:00: Open networking, drinks, and casual conversations.
